The Milano Eagles basketball team went 1-1 last week, winning a hardfought game against Bartlett, 49-48, before coming up short against Holland, 53-42.
Milano is now 3-6 in district and 8-17 overall with only three games left in their season.
COMING UP— The Eagles were scheduled to play on the road against Rosebud-Lott on Tuesday, (after The Reporter deadline), then be on the road again Friday against McDade at 7:30 p.m. They will wrap up play at home against neighboring Thorndale next Tuesday at 6:30 p.m.
Lady Eagles
The Milano Lady Eagles split games last week as they get closer to the end of their season.
On Tuesday the Lady Eagles lost to Holland on the road, 40-37, before winning in a home game against Bartlett, 40-38.
Milano is now 4-7 in district and 9-17 overall.
