Announced via social media, Milano High School is holding their first annual summer football camp June 8-10 at Pruitt Field.
The camp is for kids going into grades first through eighth and cost $15, which includes a t-shirt.
Third through fifth graders have camp from 8 to 10 a.m., and first and second graders go from 10:30 a.m. until noon.
All incoming middle schoolers will meet from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. each day.
The registration deadline is May 18. Late registrations will be accepted, but will not be guaranteed a camp shirt.
Milano ISD will also be holding a free football camp for incoming MHS freshman July 26-27, from 8-11 a.m.
The camp’s intention is to give the athletes a jumpstart on the 2021 football season with competitive drills, activities and instruction.
