ALEXANDRIA, LA— Rockdale High School graduate and Howard Payne University senior golfer Brady Nelson III was named American Southwest Conference Co-Sportsmanship Athlete of the Year.
This is Nelson’s second consecutive year to receive the honors.
He played in nine tournaments for the Yellow Jackets and had a season-low round of 74 at the University of Mary Hardin Baylor’s Men’s Invitational.
