Thorndale Lady Dog Bethany Preusse took part last week in the 97th Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays held at Mike A. Myers Stadium in Austin. Competing against Texas high school girls in all UIL divisions, Preusse crushed her own shot put school record—by four feet—with a 44-4.25 throw, finishing eighth overall. In the discus, she also broke her own school record with a 150-9 throw, finishing in fourth place overall.
