Following Monday’s hard-fought loss to Cameron, the Lady Tigers had three games in a span of four days last week.
On Tuesday, they fell in a tie-breaker to Smithville 3-2 at home before losing to district favorites Giddings and La Grange.
The girls faced La Grange again Tuesday night and have 10 days off with their next match Friday, March 12, at Smithville. The Tigers also faced a few challenges
The Tigers also faced a few challenges last week. They had Tuesday off but faced a lossless La Grange Friday night, losing to the Leopards 3-0. On Saturday, they traveled to Hearne, where they lost to a very well-coached Eagle team 4-2 in a tie-breaker. They played Cameron after press time and host Giddings on Saturday at 1 p.m.
