Rockdale native Ezekiel Mitchell recently won the Camping World PBR Last Cowboy Standing event in Cheyenne, Wyoming. After two nights of intense competition, the 27-year-old Austin Gamblers’ athlete went 3-for-5, out-dueling reigning PBR World Champion Cassio Dias of Sao F. de Sales, Brazil. Mitchell’s win earned him a $50,000 check and 235 Challenger Global points, putting him amongst the Top 5 in the Challenger standings.
