The troubles continue on the softball field for the Rockdale Lady Tigers, as they dropped both of their games against the Troy Trojans last week.
No doubt it is a frustrating season for these student athletes. The Blue & Gold lost 11-1 and 10-0.
COMING UP— This week the Lady Tigers were to play at home Tuesday against a 5-7 Rogers team, before traveling to Rogers to play the Eagles at 6 p.m. Friday.

Good pitching still beats good hitting.
The Rockdale Tigers played a very good Troy team last week twice, endured bad weather but continued to “showed a lot of grit and fight,” according to former Tiger and current head baseball coach Austin Caffey.
The Tigers lost early in the week 7-2 and then lost 6-3 on Friday before the home crowd.
On a side note, Tiger Layton Mogford put one over the fence Friday night.
