The hard-charging Rockdale Lady Tiger soccer team competed in their first playoff g ame F riday i n H earne against the number one seed Lorena Lady Leopards.
Tiger pride was evident as these student-athletes fought hard to stay in the game but came out short losing 3-0.
Congratulations to Coach Shirley Rodriguez and all of these Lady Tigers on a great season.
Rockdale went 10-12-1 overall and 7-9 in district.

The Rockdale Tigers wrapped up their soccer season against Cameron last week losing on the road, 1-0.
The Tigers missed the playoffs and finished 11-91 overall and 7-9 in district play.
Rockdale is coached by former Tiger Gilberto Rodriguez.
