The Rockdale Lady Tigers opened district play last Friday and lost to a good Lexington squad. The Lady Tigers lost in three sets, 15-25, 15-25 and 13-25.
Former Lady Tiger and current Head Volleyball Coach Morgan Laughlin shared, “We struggled passing which is one of our strongest points. Because of that we were unable to get a good set and hit.”
“These are things we are working on and we will hopefully bounce back against Academy this week,” she added.
SUB-VARSITY— In sub-varsity action the Lady Tigers played Lexington as well. The JV went 0-2 and freshmen went 2-0.
