On Monday, RJH golfers played at the Caldwell Tournament where eighth-grader Mason Lillard won first in the boys division, shooting a 39. Seventh-grader Ali Lay also won an individual medal, placing third in the girls division with a 56.
The Tiger eighth-grade team made up of Lillard, Zeb Skrhak (55), Brody Willard (45), Landon Deason (59) and Stephen Goodrich (56) won the tourney.
Also competing for Rockdale were seventh-graders Caleb Newton (61), Greyson Williams (53), Luke Olivares (56), Kaylor Eschberger (48), Jadon Moody (56), Derrick Caballero (52) and Marlee Rooks (60).
Rockdale Junior High golfers have their next scheduled meet on May 19 in Franklin.
