• Bryan High School won the first ever Rockdale Relays in 1957.
• Two Olympians have competed at the Relays, Johnny “Lam” Jones (Lampasas) and Fred Kerley (Taylor).
• Record holders include Texas Tech’s Anna Cathryn Griffith, Virginia Kerley (both of Taylor) and Stephen F. Austin’s Parker Jones (Milano).
