With the University Interscholastic League (UIL) requiring schools to limit their spectators to 50 percent plus social distancing for the 2020-2021 season, RHS released their seating and attendance safety protocols for the 2020 school year. These rules include:
• Spectators will be screened upon arrival for symptoms.
• You must enter wearing a mask, wear a mask while in attendance and upon exit. Refusal to wear a mask during the event will result in removal from the event.
• Spectators will sanitize hands upon entry.
• Bleacher rows will be marked off for social distancing, please do not sit in a row marked with red tape.
• Spectators of opposing communities must sit on opposite sides when available to do so.
• There will be no gathering of any kind on the field/floor after the event. Spectators are expected to exit immediately.
• Children must stay seated with their family groups the whole time unless accompanies by an adult.
• There shall be no contact between fans and athletes at any time.
Any fan who does not abide by these guidelines will be asked to leave the facility with no refund. Please help RHS provide a safe environment for all spectators, faculty and athletes at Rockdale ISD.
