RJH girls host Cameron next week
Rockdale Junior High basketball team played Lexington on Wednesday after press time. The game was originally scheduled for Thursday evening but was moved to the day before.
The Lady Tigers play next on Thursday, Nov. 21, when they host Cameron in RJH Gymnasium.
Games will start with the seventh grade “B” game at 5 p.m. 8B, 7A and 8A will follow.
RJH boys will play in Cameron with games also starting at 5.
Bi-district playoff game at Tiger Stadium Friday
Rockdale will host the Football Playoff game for Granger vs. Snook on Friday, November 15, at 7:30 p.m.
Granger is the runner-up in District 13-2A-II and Snook is the third place team from District 14-2A-II.
Ticket prices are $6 for adults and $4 for students and the following passes will be accepted: THSCA, TGCA, District, School Board/Admin, and Senior Citizen.
Eagles face North Zulch
The Milano Eagles boys’ basketball team will host North Zulch on Friday at the Geneva Paceley Gym.
Junior Varsity starts at 5 p.m., and the varsity will start after the conclusion of the JV game.
This is Milano’s second game after playing Manor New Tech for their season opener on Tuesday after press time.
Lady Eagles face Fayetteville on Tuesday
The Milano Lady Eagles plays Fayetteville on Tuesday to face the Lady Lions.
The junior varsity will began at 6 p.m., and the varsity will follow.
This is the second game for the Lady Eagles after facing Dime Box on Tuesday after press time.
Lady Bulldogs host Austin St. Michael’s
Thorndale’s Lady Bulldog basketball team will host
Austin St. Michael’s on Friday at the THS Gymnasium.
It will be varsity only with a 6 p.m. tip-off.
The Lady Bulldogs were scheduled to play at Brentwood Christian earlier this week but ended up not playing due to Thorndale’s volleyball team playing Burton in the regional quarterfinals.
MJH boys play Thrall
The Milano Junior High boys played host to Thrall on Tuesday with the “A” team winning and the “B” team losing.
