Athletic physicals will be given from 2 to 4:30 p.m. Monday, May 15, at Rockdale High School Competition Gym.
Students wanting to get a physical at the school must have the Medical History Form filled out and signed by a parent, and have their $10 (cash only) turned in no later than Wednesday, May 10.
All students planning to participate in athletics are required to have a physical completed.
Turn completed forms and money in to: Coach DeJhoria Rober tson, junior high girls; Coach Eric Willard, junior high boys; Coach Hunter Hamrick, high school boys; Coach Danielle Froggatt, high school girls.
