The Thorndale Bulldogs continue their postseason run as they were prepared to play Sabine Pass in the regional quarterfinals on Tuesday at the Cy-Fair High School.
The Sabine Pass Sharks finished district at 7-3, the Bulldogs finished first in district at 11-1.

LAST WEEK— La st week, the Bulldogs put away Shiner 69-32 in the bi-district round of the playoffs.
They then defeated Mumford, 53-43, for the area championship.
Lady Dogs
Thorndale Lady Dogs scooped up some District awards last week.
Kassidy Eubanks was named First Team All District. Emily Northcott and Emily Reeves were Second Team All District. Honorable Mentions included Brook Amidon and Kyla Daniell. Bethany Preusse won the Newcomer Award and Jacie Leho won the 6th Man Award.
Academic All-District Awards went to Aylin Alfaro, Kassidy Eubanks, Emily Northcott, Emily Reeves, Kyla Daniell, Bethany Preusse, Riley Shock and Kennedy Robison. Congratulations to all of these Lady Dogs.
