The Thorndale Bulldogs baseball team is 7-1 and will start district play during spring break.
Nathan Grimm was player of the game last week against Abbott. He was the winning pitcher and led at the plate with two doubles and three RBIs.
Thorndale beat Abbott 10-5 in the Abbott Classic Tournament.
UP NEXT— The Bulldogs were scheduled to play their first district game on Monday against Rosebud-Lott. They were to follow that up with a game o n Tu e s day against Granger at home, before playing at Bartlett at 7 p.m. next Tuesday.
Lady Bulldogs
The Thorndale Lady Dogs split their last two games. They won against Holland, 6-3, and then lost to Franklin, 7-2.
COMING UP— Thorndale was scheduled to start district play on Monday in Rosebud-Lott. They then faced off against Granger at home on Tuesday, before hosting Bremond at 6 p.m. next Tuesday.
