The Thorndale Lady Dogs softball team got a big win over Bremond last week, 14-4.
Karis Ginn and Aiyanna Stevenson each had two out-of-the-park home runs. Raven Sandoval added to that an in-the-park home run off of an error.
UP NEXT— They played Holland on Tuesday (after The Reporter deadline), before playing a doubleheader against Chilton on the road Thursday at 5 p.m. The Lady Dogs will host Rosebud-Lott at 6 p.m. Friday.
Bulldogs
The Thorndale Bulldogs defeated Bremond last week, 12-0.
Players of the game were Jaxson Eschberger, who was the winning pitcher, throwing a no hitter and had an RBI single at the plate; Kade Becker, two singles, scored a run and had an RBI; and Brenson Beran contributed a single, a run and had three RBIs.
COMING UP— The Bulldogs hosted Holland on Tuesday (after The Reporter deadline). At 7 p.m. Friday, they will host Rosebud-Lott, before going on the road against Bosqueville at 11 a.m. Saturday.
