The Thorndale Lady Dogs shut out the Snook Lady Jays 10-0 in Caldwell last week to become area champions.
QUARTERFINALS— The Lady Dogs will now play rival Thrall in the regional quarterfinals in Hutto in a best-of-three series.
Game one w i l l be Wednesday, game two is Thursday and, if needed, game three will be Friday. All games start at 6 p.m.
Thrall finished the season 10-6 in district and 26-9 overall, finishing fourth in district, compared to Thorndale, the district champions, with a 12-1 district record and 18-10 overall.
