Thorndale Lady Dogs’ season came to an end last week, losing the area round series to Latexo in three hard-fought games.
The Tigers came into the series with 27 victories on the season and took the first game, 6-5. Thorndale bounced back in Game 2 winning 9-5, but dropped Game 3 on Saturday 7-3.
