The Lady Bulldogs opened District 25-2A play by beating Holland 11-1 on the road last Tuesday.
Thorndale Softball team was on fire at the La Grange Softball Tournament last weekend winning four games in dominant fashion at the La Grange Tournament.
The first victory took place last Thursday, when the Lady Bulldogs routed the Needville Bluejays 9-1. Later that day they shutout the Columbus Cardinals 5-0.
The next two games would have similar results, as they beat Victoria East 9-5 Friday and La Grange 7-2 on Saturday.
The Lady Bulldogs overall record is 6-2-1. They hope to keep their winning streak alive at the Brenham Tournament Thursday through Saturday.
