The Thorndale varsity tennis squad traveled to Rockdale’s Veterans Park to play in an invitational tournament last week.
Hestin Ellington placed first in girls’ singles and Isaac Biar was second in boys’ singles.
Ethan and Garrett Schramm placed first in boys’ doubles, with Jacob Beardsley and Jacob Jackson following in second place.
Haley Meadors and Audrie Jordan came in second in girls’ doubles, while Aylin Alfaro and Emily Northcott placed third in girls’ doubles.
In mixed boubles action, Reese Cloud and Saul Lopez placed third.
