This past week, the 2019 Rockdale Tiger football schedule was officially released.
All scheduled opponents are identical to the 2018 season, but unlike last year which featured three games at home and a neutral game in Taylor where Rockdale was the home team, the varsity squad will only have to board the “yellow dogs” four times this upcoming season.
The Tigers also play both of their scrimmages at home this season. Friday, Aug. 16, against Groesbeck and Thursday, Aug. 22, against Mexia.
Both will have start times of 7 p.m. following the junior varsity.
