BREMOND—Lady Dog softball remains undefeated after a three-run surge in the third was enough to take down Bremond for the second time this season Monday night.

THS was led by Emilee Baker, whose two-run double in the third brought in Bailee Baker and Landri Martinka. Emilee Baker also scored on a pass ball later in the inning.

The Lady Dogs were hot on the bases, scoring their seven runs off of five hits. Their defense was also strong, allowing only one run to score despite eight hits by BHS.

With two games left in district play, Thorndale has been known for their offensive power. Coming into Monday’s game, the Lady Dogs had scored 67 runs in their last three games and have a total of 25 home runs this season from Reaghan Carlson (12), Kelsey Kovar (6), Reaghan Trahan (4) and Emilee Baker (3).
