Three felony arrests, three traffic accidents reported this week

Rockdale Police Officers made three felony arrests during the past week including: • Charlie Jesse James Reese, 26, Rosebud, was arrested by Ofc. Davis for possession of a controlled substance in a drug free zone (less than 1 gram), and possession of marijuana (less than 2 ounces).
