Bigfoot hunting licenses may soon be needed in Oklahoma

Just about every state requires hunters to purchase licenses before they can stalk their prey; they have seasons, as well. Well now, the state of Oklahoma just may become the first to establish a season for licensed hunters out on the hunt for Bigfoot. Yep, you read that right, Bigfoot.

TSTC selected for apprenticeship project

Texas State Technical College’s Auto Collision and Management Technology program has been selected for the Automotive Collision Engineering Pilot Program. The program’s purpose is to have students get realworld experience as they learn in classes to go into the collision repair industry.

First Assembly of God invites the community to hear missionary Rev. Mike James at 11 a.m. Sunday. In 2005 Mike moved to The Netherlands where he served for 12 years. The past three years he served in the Europe Extension office in Springfield, MO training new missionaries.

St. John’s collecting food for Pack Pals

St. John’s United Methodist Church is collecting food to support the Pack Pals organization in Rockdale. Pack Pals packs bags of food for students in Rockdale ISD and other Milam County school districts to help combat hunger in our community.
