LETTERS TO THE EDITOR

Dear editor, This is written for all the handicapped cars parked in the handicapped places at the Rockdale Fair and Rodeo on Friday, Oct. 18. I parked in one of the handicapped spaces with a handicap sign in front of our car.

Vote!

Ample opportunity exists to cast ballots with early voting If you’re an American concerned about the direction of the country or a Texan worried about vouchers, now is the time to make your voice heard. That’s done through your vote at the ballot box.

‘Scenic views’ at Twin Peaks Restaurant

FALLING FAR FROM THE TREE Mom, dad and I had an interesting Thursday last week. Dad has been having some lower back pain, and after having a few required tests, he was finally able to have an ablation in College Station to hopefully give him some relief.

This week in Milam County
