CAMERON—Seventeen persons were sentenced during the past two weeks in 20th District Court, according to Prosecutor Bill Torrey, as follows:
• Robert Leroy Chappell, 28, Bryan, five-year prison term after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation for sexual assault of child.
• Carlos Daniel Dominguez, 18, Rockdale, three-year prison term, $6,740 parole restitution to victims after pleading guilty to attempted burglary of habitation; also, 18-month state jail term after pleading guilty to burglary of building.
• Zachary Adam Krumnow, 27, Cameron, 205-day state jail term after pleading guilty to theft ($2,500-$30,000), five years deferred adjudication probation, 180-day county jail term, $2,500 fine, $220 restitution to victim after pleading guilty to burglary of habitation.
• Lance Scott Travis, 64, Rockdale, three years deferred adjudication probation, anger management, $1,500 fine after pleading guilty to aggravated assault with deadly weapon.
• Alexandria Monserrat Ochoa, 17, San Antonio, 18-months deferred adjudication probation, anger management, drug education, substance abuse evaluation after pleading guilty to harassment of public servant.
• Shavonn Anthony Price, 38, Waco, one year county jail, probated for two years, anger management, $4,000 fine, no contact with the victim after pleading guilty to a lesser included Class A misdemeanor, assault family violence.
• Jalin Devon Gee, 23, Bay City, one-year county jail, probated for two years, 149-day-county jail term as a condition of probation, $2,500 fine, $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to a lesser included Class A misdemeanor, possession of dangerous drug.
• Joseph Ruben Silva, 49, Milano, five-year prison term after pleading guilty to DWI (third or more).
• Leon Augusta, 38, Austin, 10-year probated prison term, 90-day jail term, $2,500 fine, restitution to victim after pleading guilty to theft ($2,500-$30,000)–enhanced (elderly).
• Benny Earl Green, 40, Rockdale, 365-day jail term after pleading guilty to a lesser included Class A misdemeanor, evading.
• Andrew Dustin Owens, 33, Rockdale, five-year prison term probated three years, theft aversion course, $2,000 fine after pleading guilty to debit card abuse–enhanced (elderly).
• Dennis Wayne Clark, 47, Rockdale, two-day county jail term, $2,000 fine after pleading guilty to a lesser included Class A misdemeanor, assault–family violence.
• Anastasia Cruz, 19, Rock-dale, three years deferred adjudication probation, theft aversion class, $2,500 fine, $6,440 in restitution to the victim after pleading guilty to burglary of building.
• Rachel Marie Mueck, 35, Cameron, two years deferred adjudication probation and was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine and $41,528.38 in restitution to the victim after pleading guilty to a lesser included Class A misdemeanor, theft.
• Andrew Edwin Johnson, 25, St. Peter, Minnesota, two years deferred adjudication, $2,000 fine after pleading guilty to a lesser included Class A assault-bodily injury
• Charles Edward Koch, 33, Cameron, two-year state jail term, probated five years, $2,500 fine and $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).
• George Lee Lane, 47, Rockdale, 10-year probated prison term, SAFP, inpatient probation, $1,000 fine after pleading guilty to assault family violence–impede breath.
• John Fermin Marcos Olvera, 32, Cameron, four-year prison term after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation for assault causes bodily injury family violence with previous convictions.
