33 indicted by grand jury

CAMERON—Thirty-three persons were indicted Thursday in the August grand jury session at 20th District Court, according to Prosecutor Bill Torrey who listed case dispositions as follows:

• Thomas Wesley Owens, 27, Bryan, theft of firearm.

• Ted Jovior Roshun Thompson, 31, Cameron, DWI with child passenger.

• Melodie Kay Rodenbeck, 47, The Colony, possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).

• Alissa Leeann Waller, 29, Carlsbad, New Mexico, possession of controlled substance (4-200 grams).

• Reginaldo Diaz Sifuentes, 27, Rockdale, DWI with child passenger.

• Chelsea Elizabeth Snyder, 26, of Rockdale, 3rd degree felony, injury to elderly.

• Mario Alberto Rodriguez, 28, Buckholts, injury to child.

• Pepper Sue Bowsher, 45, Thorndale, aggravated robbery with deadly weapon.

• Manda Mae Emery, 29, Dallas, possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).

• Jason Sanchez, 23, Cameron, assault family violence–impede breath.

• Cassie Evette Mitchell, 33, Rockdale, injury to a child.

• Latricia Lynn Evans, 33, Cameron, burglary of habitation–assault.

• Jamie Leah Bailey, 34, Rock-dale, assault family violence–impede breath.

• Tiffany Leah Whited, 30, Rock-dale, theft (less than $2,500) with priors.

• Leah Lisa Sakewitz, 39, Rock-dale, credit/debit card abuse.

• Manuel Patrick Wallace, 17, Rockdale, credit/debit card abuse.

• Stephanie Rae Booker, 36, Milano, bail jumping– failure to appear.

• Wade Louis Patschke, 30, Thorndale, burglary of building.

• Payden Church, 25, Lexington, burglary of habitation–assault.

• Andrew Dustin Owens, 34, Cameron, aggravated sexual assault of child.

• Michael Preston Rose, 43, Cameron, continuous violence against the family.

• Don Craig, 50, Thorndale, aggravated sexual assault of child.

• Jesse Garza, 36, Cameron, DWI-third or more.

• Jared Wayne Fowler, 39, Liberty, possession of controlled substance (4-200 grams).

• Monica Marie Garcia, 19, Rockdale, possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).

• Logan Lee Boyett, 20, Cameron, possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).

• Nevin O’Shun Dunn, 21, Hearne, bail jumping–failure to appear.

• Steven Joshua Cuellar, 21, Dallas, bail jumping–failure to appear

• Gabriela Contreras, 19, Buckholts, endangering a child.

• Darwyne Dianne McVey, 68, Tyler, possession of controlled substance (1-4 grams).

• Randall Allen Coleman, 60, Milano, aggravated assault with deadly weapon, unlawful possession firearm by felon.

• Aleah Dawn Freitag, 26, Rockdale, bail jumping– failure to appear.

Torrey said there were no no-bills (refused to indict).
