The District 8 horse judging contest was held April 6 in College Station. The junior team of Shelby Renaud, Wayde Woods and Callie Morris received second place. Intermediate team of Warren Woods, Sloan Sanders, Eli Sherer and Levi Goodson received fifth place. Individual placings were Shelby Renaud fourth place and Wayde Woods eighth place.
