Tiger Flight promotes interest in flight, work

It’s Saturday and what are Rockdale’s youngsters doing to start their weekend.
Some are busy with yard work, social activities and, you can be sure, on their smart phones.
And some are building an airplane.
Rockdale Tiger Flight, an organization founded and guided by local aviation enthusiast Jimmy Cox, is drawing enthusiasm Saturdays at Rockdale’s H. H. Coffi eld Regional Airport as they continue work on constructing an airplane.
