LeTourneau announces graduate, honor list
LONGVIEW—One Milam County student has graduated from LeTourneau University while another has been named to the school’s President’s Honor List.
Timothy Hoff of Rockdale will receive a bachelor of science degree in Scripture & Theology.
The university postponed its 2020 graduation ceremony, scheduled for May 9, due to the COVID-19 situation.
That ceremony has been rescheduled for 2021 to coincide with the university’s 75th anniversary observance.
Natalie Tedford of Cameron, a freshman pre-nursing major, has been named to the President’s Honor List.
To be named to the list a student must compile a perfect 4.0-grade-point average for a semester, according to LeTourneau President Dr. Dale Lunsford.
LeTourneau HALL OF FAME is a Christian polytechnic ONE MORE TIME university, located Honor Saturday in for Longview, Aycock’s Leroy Wright, which offers more than 140 SPORTS 1B undergraduate and graduate degrees both online and on campus.
Student to participate in online program
Rockdale High School Freshman Tatiana Olivares will participate in th U.S. Naval Academy Summer STEM online program.
Previously she had been accepted to the STEM program which was to have been held at West Point, New York, but was canceled due to the COVID-19 situation.
