Randall Brown (third from left) who is legally blind, needed a $15,000 e-sight device to boost his vision to 20/20. Rockdale Noon Lions Club, together with Lions Club International District 2-S3 Charities Alert Program has donated $1,000 toward the effort. Allen Sanders, local club president, said the sum represents a $500 donation from the Noon Lions and a marching grant from the Alert Program.
