KAY PROGRAM—Speakers at Sunday’s Kay Theatre ceremony commemorating the volunteers who made renovation of the 71-year facility a reality included (top, L-R) Toby Johnson, who outlined contributions of the late Leanna Harris Applegate; Geri Burnett, who gave a comprehensive history of the facility and its restoration; and master of ceremonies Bob Burnett, who read the list of names on a plaque honoring early major donors to the project. Music was by the Communities in Concert Band.
