—Live Free, a substance abuse counseling program held its grand opening Thursday at Rising Star Baptist Church and also joined the Rockdale Chamber of Commerce. Dianne Gradington of Live Free cut the ribbon while chamber board members, ambassadors and Rising Star members looked on. A luncheon with a presentation on Live Free’s services was also held.
