MARC CHRISTMAS PARTY—The MARC consumers and board members enjoyed their annual Christmas party at the historic Kay Theater on Tuesday, December 12. The consumers watched Surviving Christmas provided by the Kay Theater Board. The Presbyterian Ladies provided gifts for everyone and the Peace Lutheran Busy Bunch Quilters gave each consumer a handmade quilt. Lunch was served by the MARC Board members and everyone reported that they had a wonderful time. At right, Janie Zamora is shown opening her handmade quilt
A VISIT FROM THE GRINCH—Students at Tiger Town Learning Center enjoyed a visit from The Grinch last Thursday. The littlest ones didn’t quite know what to think, but the older kids thoroughly enjoyed him. In the far-left photo, Brandon Thomas doesn’t quite know if he is comfortable with The Grinch or not. In the middle photo Katherine Lundy hid from him behind her teacher, Andrea Gomez. In the photo above, older kids (L-R) Rayklee Jimenez, Avery Phel, Jacy Abila, Amelia Seelke, Barrett Pehl and Thomas Rios were happy to pose with The Grinch.
