NEW CHAMBER MEMBER—Prior to the COVID-19 crisis, and restrictions on number of people in a gathering, the Rockdale Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon-cutting at new menber Las Tortugas. Those helping celebrate the occasion were: (L-R) Homer Mowdy, Theresa Balderas, Jim Morse, Kelli McCall, Ofelia Lopez, Angelica Balderas, Alejandro Lopez, Iscaras Balderas, Adelina Isabella Lopez, Betty Backhaus and Renate Rocha.
