Pleasant Hill Cemetery will hold their annual homecoming and meeting at 10 a.m. Sunday, July 14, to elect a board of directors, vote on bylaws and other business to maintain and improve the cemetery foundation. Non-eligible voting members who want to be before the meeting can email to the address below.
“In the past we’ve shared a lunch spread, but with the excessive heat and presence of pesky bugs we encourage everyone to bring hand snacks and plenty of drinks to stay hydrated. It’s going be hot, so make sure to dress accordingly,” said Christina Muniz, spokesperson. “Attendees are encouraged bring any documents, photos and/or books that pertain to the cemetery as we’d love to see them.”

Rockdale Rotary, Lions Club meeting at RVFD
Rockdale Rotar y Club meets the first, third and four th Tuesdays of each month at the Rockdale Volunteer Fire Department from noon to 1 p.m.
Lunch is provided. Rockdale Noon Lions Club also meets at RVFD on the first and third Wednesday of each month with lunch provided.
AA meeting weekly at Crossroads Church
Rockdale Peace Seekers AA meetings are at Crossroads Bible Church, 811 Burleson St.
The meetings are scheduled at 7:30 p.m. Tuesdays and Sundays.
Historical Society meets second Tuesday
The Rockdale Historical Society I&GN Depot Museum meeting is held the second Tuesday of the month.
The meeting is held at 6 p.m. in the Cheyenne Mountain Dining Car. All are welcome.

Rockdale Celebrate Recovery meets from 6:30 to 9 p.m. Saturdays at 1443 S. FM 487.
Heavenly Treasures hours of operation
Heavenly Treasures thrift store is located at 233 N. Main. Hours of operation are 9 a.m. to noon Tuesday through Friday.
Narcotics Anon. meets Mondays, Thursdays
Narcotics Anonymous meets from 7 to 8 p.m. Mondays and Thursdays at Whitestone Church, 1443 South FM 487.
