When the temperatures hit 105-plus for a solid week it’s a perfect time to go jump in the city pool. That’s exactly what clients of the Milam Adult Resource Center (MARC) did last week in combination with the organization’s annual membership dinner. Directors were elected for 2019-19 as follows: Ann King, president; Geri Burnett, vice-president; Paula Stewart, secretary; Denise Starnes, treasurer; Ethel Throckmorton, Carole Simank, Boyd Taylor, Karen Eckert, Cassie Mitchell, Linda Crane, Pam Kaufmann. David Kaufmann, Patsy Brymer, Peggy Cooke, Ron Montgomery, Tiffany Gerren, Paul Johnson, Kim Knapek/Gresham, Joy Sumner, Debbie Silvey. Clients elected Cody Tuerk.
