Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service and Milam County 4-H will hold three free day camps and some other fun activities this summer.
Fun Day Camp will be held June 8 for Clovers (K-2nd grade) at the Thorndale City Park Pavilion.
We will be doing a lot of fun relays and water games.
Please wear swim suits and please make sure you call to register.
Photography Day Camp will be June 29 at Bea’s Kitchen in Cameron from 9 a.m. to 12-noon.
The kids will learn about basic photography and how to take the right pictures.
Please bring a phone or camera. We will be walking around the courthouse square after the lesson and taking photos.

Pinterest Camp (formerly called FCS Camp) will be July 19 at the Abiding Savior Lutheran Church in Cameron.
Hours are 8 a.m. to 12-noon. We will be doing some fun activities related to Pinterest at this camp. This is also a different time than last year.

We will hold Playstreets Family Fun Days at the Cameron Elementary playground starting July 10 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Please come and have fun with us. No registration required on Play-streets activities.
BOOKS—Milam County 4-H members are still collecting new and used children’s books to help stock our local libraries and book reading programs.
We are asking everyone to bring their books to the Extension Office in Cameron before May 31.
If you want your books to be distributed to a certain community, please label with whatever community in the county you choose.
These books can be children’s books or books that you think that children would enjoy.
