Shirley Ann Alexander, 64, of Rockdale died Sunday, Oct. 4, 2020, at Scott & White Hospital in Round Rock.
Graveside services are scheduled for 11:30 a.m. Friday, Oct. 9, at I.O.O.F Cemetery in Rockdale with Chaplin Bruce Mercer officiating.
Visitation will be 10 to 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 9, at Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home.
Mrs. Alexander was born July 21, 1956, on Camp Pendleton Base in San Diego, California, to Homer Lee Deboard and Fannie Esther Winstead. She married Jimmy

Mrs. Alexander worked several years at Mr. Gatti’s for Mike and Ann Glenn before retiring to devote her time to being a Nana to her grandchildren, Trip and Emma.
She was preceded in death by her father, Homer Lee DeBoard; stepmothers, Alice DeBoard and Neta Faye Hall; fathers-in-law George Alexander and Ernie Bell; mother-in-law, Betty Alexander Bell; brother Dean Hall; brothers-in-law Carl Ray Alexander Sr. and Tommy Alexander; sisters-in-law Diann Surginer and Debra Alexander; and a niece, Cathrine Alexander.
Survivors are her husband, Jimmy; a daughter, Shana Davenport and husband Steven; a son, Brian Alexander; grandchildren Trip and Emma Davenport; her stepfather, Don Hall Sr. (Daddy) and wife Barb; her mother, Fannie Esther (Lloyd) DeBoard; sisters Karen Smith, of Roanoke, Debra Gersbach and husband Ron of Burleson, Donna McGee and husband David of Fairfield, Sherry Bell and husband Steve of Burleson; a brother, Don Hall Jr. and wife Barbara of Fairfield; a half-brother, John DeBoard and wife Pam of Goose Creek, South Carolina; sisters-in-law Elaine Alexander of Rockdale, Cheryl Standridge and husband Don of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; brothers-in-law Clyde Surginer, Jerry Alexander and wife Debbie, all of Rockdale, Ronnie Alexander and wife Pam of Thorndale; also, numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
