ARLINGTON—A memorial service for Janette (Janie) Haelbig Gibson will be held at 3 p.m. Frid ay, April 25 at North Davis Church of Christ in Arlington with Minister Jeff Hubbard of f ic iat ing. I nt e rme nt will be at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery.

Mrs. Gibson died Monday, April 14, in Arlington.

She was born Oct. 1, 1933, in Rockdale to Stefan and Luine Dean Haelbig.

She married Gordan Gibson Mrs. Gibson

on Aug 19, 1955, at Murray Street Church of Christ in Rockdale.

Mrs. Gibson built a career as an administrative professional in the insurance industry.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Gordan Gibson; a son, Scott Gibson; a brother, Stefan Haelbig II; and a sister, Donna Haelbig Cheaney.

Survivors are a daughter, Melissa Saniuk and husband Steven; two sons, Jon Gibson and wife Marla, Mike Gibson and wife Gina; a daughter-in-law, Paula Gibson; and two sisters, Sharon Haelbig Laurence and Lynn Haelbig Rose; also, nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
