A memorial service for Cecil E. Moseley of Pasadena will be held at 6 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 2, 2025, at 3663 Fairmont Parkway in Pasadena wi th Pastor Chuck Lightfoot offi - ciating. Interment will be a Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Houston with a U.S. Army veterans honor guard. Mr. Moseley died on Saturday, June 7. He was born Nov. 18, 1948, in Rockdale to James Elwen Moseley and Lillian Holloway. He married Carolyn S. Moseley on June 28, 2014, in Pasadena. 

Mr. Moseley was a U.S. Army veteran and worked as a truck/equipment driver/ operator. He was preceded in death by a son, Jonathan Mosely; his parents, Jones Moseley and Lillian Holloway; and two siblings, Donald Mosely and Drinda Cotton. Survivors are his wife, Carolyn S. Moseley; his chi ldren, Ceci l Moseley Jr. (Lisa), Delvenia Fast (David) and Robert Moseley (Misty); his stepchildren Michale Paar (Jennifer) and Lori Hall (Chad); and a sister, Lequitta Mancuso (Carl); also, seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Memorials may be made to the VA-Michael Debakey medical Center in Houston.
