Rhandi Jean Vincent Parish, 66, passed away on Jan. 24, 2018, at her home in Corpus Christi. Rhandi was born Aug. 11, 1951, in San Marcos,- to Duane and Franette Vincent. She graduated from Rockdale High School and attended Texas Tech University. Rhandi had a long career in the Human Resources field beginning at the University of Texas in Austin and retiring as Human Resources Director at the Texas State Aquarium in Corpus Christi. Rhandi is survived by her mother, Franette Vincent; adoring husband, David Parish; son, Corbin Tuma (Lauren); daughter, Kerri Connor (Patrick); sisters, Lori Stanfield (Kenny) and Joni Stone (Duane); brother, Dane Vincent; seven grandchildren, Hudson, Holden, Hyatt, Emerson and Brooklyn Tuma; Cole and Aubrey Connor; as well as numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. A private family memorial will be held in her honor in Corpus Christi.
