Mrs. Rogers
Wendy Richelle Prazak Rogers, 41, of Brenham completed her ear thly journey on Jan. 6, 2026, leaving behind family and friends who loved her deeply.
Wendy was born on Sept. 6, 1984, to Mark Allen Prazak of Rockdale and Kimberly Denise Harris of Milano.
She was a beloved daughter, mother, sister, granddaughter, niece, aunt, grandmother and friend to many. Though her life was far too short, Wendy’s bright spirit will be remembered by all who knew and loved her.
From a young age, Wendy was known for her smile, infectious laugh, larger than life personality, and huge heart. She found joy in helping anyone in need, spending time with family and loved ones, and simply being her outgoing and fun self.
She loved horses and all things country and she was often the life of the party. Wendy was also known for her love of large hoop earrings, a small but unmistakable expression of her bold personality.
Wendy married David Rogers in 2004 and together they welcomed three beautiful children, Shelbi, Alli and Triton.
Wendy is survived by her parents, Mark and Coty Prazak, and Kimberly Harris; her children, Shelbi (Thomas), Alli and Triton; her four brothers, Eric Prazak, Lane Prazak (Meghan), Tyler Prazak (Nicole) and Dustyn Prazak; and her sister, Whitney Worrell (Gerald).
She is also survived by her grandparents, James Cotten (Janice), Linda Cotten, Arnold Prazak (Ruby), and bonus grandparents, Jack and Marcia Bastow; her aunts, Kasha Cotten, Carla McCartney (Charlie), Sandra Mangum (Monte), and bonus aunt, Kelli Timmerman; and her uncle, Kendall Cotten (Misty).
Wendy is also survived by her nieces and nephews, Emi, Kinley, Riley, Ezekiel, Sterling (McKenzie), Brentlee and Wyatt; her grandchildren, Oaklynn and Wyatt; her cousins, Justin, Destiny, Kegan, Casey, Brent, BJ, Brittany, Dylan and Lexi; along with special friends who were like family to her.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Geraldine Prazak.
Family and friends are invited to a come-and-go remembrance gathering in honor of Wendy on Friday, Jan. 30, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home in Rockdale.
