Memorial services for Loretta Church, 85, of Cameron were held Saturday, July 28, 2018, at Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home in Rock-dale.
Ms. Church died Tuesday, July 24, in Cameron.
She was born Sept. 4, 1932, to Guy and Gladdine (Bray) Pauley in Blacksville, West Virginia, where she was raised.
Ms. Church was a homemaker and raised her four children.
She enjoyed country music, puzzles, gardening, her dog Sissy and family holidays, and she never missed “The Young and the Restless.”
Ms. Church later worked as a caregiver for 15 years in Tennessee. She retired and moved to Lexington, where she helped care for her grandchildren.
She was a Methodist and a member of the Eastern Star, Garden Club and the Red Hat Club.
Ms. Church was preceded in death by a son, John W, Church on Feb. 28, 2018; a grandson, Brandon Ray Church on Dec. 30, 2014; her father and mother, Guy and Gladdine (Bray) Pauley; a brother, John E. Pauley; a sister, Carole O’Sada; and the father of her children, John Anderson Church.
Survivors are her sons, Doug Church of Rockdale, Jeff Church and his wife Tonie Kay of Tanglewood, Todd Church of Lexington; and her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Cody Church, Amanda Williams and husband Mike and children Tyner and Teagyn, Hailey Rodgers and husband Blane and children Brantlee and Mylee, Amanda Church and children Kayden, Hunter and Ray, Payden Church and children Mercy and Bailey, and Ashley Eldridge.
