Thanksgiving Outreach dinner November 18th

The annual Thanksgiving Outreach Dinner will be held from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 18. Volunteers are needed for kitchen prep, bagging desserts and serving to-go plates. There is some delivery to sick and shut-ins to senior citizens and senior living housing.

Another stellar year is in the books for the Rockdale Fair Association after bringing in $969,832 which includes all added money. Only the 2022 sale was a larger haul at $980,181. The weather was perfect this year with no rain at all.
