Three injured in hit-and-run accident Tuesday night

The contract renewal is a good thing because on Tuesday night there was a two-vehicle accident that was head-on and a hit-and-run which sent all three occupants to the hospital by PCI. “We do not yet know the extent of the injuries,” said City Manager Barbara Holly early Wednesday morning.

One felony arrest this week by RPD

The Rockdale Police Department made one felony arrest during the past week: Michael Ray Lynn La Jr., 33, Austin was arrested on Saturday by Sgt. Fain on an outstanding warrant from Austin for probation violation/aggravated robbery.
