BEST OF SHOW—The Rockdale Fair and Rodeo’s home economics division was held Oct. 14-15 in the New Salem Building at Rockdale Fair Park. The home economics division was free to enter and beginners (K-2nd), juniors (3-5th), intermediates (6-8th), seniors (9-12th) and adults participated.

Thanksgiving sides, dessert

It's officially November so we can start talking about Thanksgiving, a meal I look forward to for several months leading up to it and then never want to see again until the following Thanksgiving. Some things never change: Noelia is in charge of turkey, gravy and rolls.
