Pre-K students at Rockdale Elementary School celebrated their 100th day of school by dressing as 100-year-old grannies and grandpas this past Friday. The pre-K teachers dressed as “The Golden Girls”—from the 1980’s television show, not the drill team.

A Rockdale man was arrested after running a stoplight in downtown Rockdale on Friday. At 10:07 p.m., Rockdale police officers, Dillian Ford and Byron Frank land, observed a vehicle run the red light at the intersection of North Main and West Cameron Avenue.
