Rockdale resident Ward Roddam (R) was sworn in last week as the newest member of the Post Oak Savannah Groundwater Conservation District (POSGCD). Doing the honors was board president Sid Youngblood. Roddam was appointed to the board by the Milam County Commissioners Court.
